Development of the Agriculture sector through creation of an agricultural cross-border-network - MIS ETC 1687
Project 'Development of the Agriculture sector through creation of an agricultural cross-border-network' (MIS ETC 1687) started on 1st of November 2013.
Project is funded by EU for European Instrument of neighborhood and partnership in terms of Common operational programme Romania-Ukraine-Moldova 2007-2013. Main project partner - Singerei County Council (the Republic of Moldova). Other partners are Botoshan municipality (Romania), Botoshan Chamber of commerce (Romania) and the Agency of permanent social-economic development ‘BizGates’ (the Republic of Moldova).
Main goal of the project - to increase the efficiency and competitiveness of the agricultural sector by extending partners’ contacts from both sides of the border.
Target group of the project - producers of agricultural products from Singerei area, Botosan county and Odessa region.
Main direction of the project:
- Creation of cross-border partner network of agricultural producers from the Republic of Moldova, Romania, Ukraine;
- Creation of Agro-industrial logistics park in Singerei area;
- Adaptation of agricultural products from three countries to the international standards;
- Providing additional (consultative) services in management, procurement, marketing, products development, account for agricultural producers;
- Creation and promotion of online marketing site for agricultural producers from the Republic of Moldova, Romania, Ukraine;
- Assistance of experience and knowledge exchange between agricultural experts from cross-border region from three countries;
- Promotion of agricultural products from cross-border regions of three countries.
